Tory’s journey began humbly, starting at the bottom and working her way up, shaping her into the dynamic businesswoman she is today. Her roots in set design in CA, love of photography and appreciation for the outdoors infuse her creative process with a unique perspective. From her earliest memories of sketching out her grandmother's porch to now crafting innovative designs, creativity has always been her driving force.

Her work extends beyond the studio. She's deeply ingrained in her community, and actively supports numerous charitable organizations, local athletic teams, and programs. Callie Black | Interior Designer

Callie’s true calling has always been in design. As a former partner at Stamm & Black, she chose to shift her focus entirely to working with clients and pursuing her passion. From her early days on a small farm in Groton, Callie Black has always had an eye for design. As a child, she spent hours rearranging furniture, decorating, and immersing herself in art. Her family, recognizing her innate talent, encouraged her creative pursuits by allowing her to design her own bedroom furniture before going into high school. This early exposure to design set the stage for Callie's future career.

After interning with a design firm, Callie's passion for interior design was cemented. The experience confirmed her desire to professionally pursue this field, and led her to study Interior Design at Suffolk University. For more than 13 years, Callie has built a reputation for her ability to blend balance and nature into her designs, creating spaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and deeply comforting.

A lifelong learner, Callie is dedicated to continuous improvement in her craft. She is known for her ability to build long-lasting relationships with her clients through a working method characterized by full transparency, and a belief that trust is paramount. Her approach ensures that every design not only meets but exceeds her clients' expectations.

Beyond her professional achievements, Callie is easy-going, and loves to joke. Her personal interests include country music, being in nature, hiking, tending to her animals, and exploring new places. These passions often inspire her design work and reflect her love for integrating natural elements into her projects.

Mary Learned | Interior Designer

Mary joined Stamm & Black in 2019, and brought a wealth of experience from her four years on the design team at Restoration Hardware in Boston. Her journey to interior design is unique because she was originally trained as a physical therapist. This background has given her a keen eye for symmetry and balance, principles she skillfully integrates into her design work.

Mary’s passion for design was ignited during her time living in Asia and traveling abroad. She developed a deep appreciation for the diversity in architecture and design across cultures. Upon returning to the United States, her enthusiasm for building and renovating homes led her to design two houses and renovate a third. These experiences solidified her passion for interior design, and prompted her to pursue studies at the Boston Architectural College (BAC).

Mary is drawn to an updated take on classic design as she loves to juxtapose modern with timeless design elements. She feels a home should be a reflection of her client's personality and lifestyle. Her ultimate satisfaction comes from bringing her clients' dreams to life, and creating spaces that are beautiful while maintaining a harmonious balance of materials, colors, and proportions.

Outside of her design work, she practices yoga and meditation. She also enjoys hiking with her dog and skiing in Vermont. Mary is passionate about using her skills to create balanced and inviting spaces that resonate with her clients' needs and aspirations.

Kendra Day | Interior Designer

Kendra has been passionate about creating floor plans and sketches since her early days of using colored pencils at her dad's construction job sites. This early exposure to design inspired her to complete her degree in Art History and Studio Art at the University of Massachusetts. In 2019, she became an integral part of the Stamm & Black team, where she assists clients in crafting and enhancing spaces that seamlessly blend aesthetics with functionality.

Having a young family herself, Kendra understands the challenges of creating beautiful designs that are also functional for families, which has enabled her to help many customers solve similar challenges in their homes.

Kendra derives immense satisfaction from seeing her clients' excitement as their envisioned designs come to life, making this the most cherished aspect of her design process. She describes her style as modern organic, with a classic touch and a hint of vintage. Kendra loves to draw inspiration from her travels, both globally and locally, often exploring new restaurants and hotels for fresh ideas.

Outside of the office, Kendra can be found by the water or enjoying the tranquility of the woods, accompanied by her two dogs and family.

Amy Wiechmann | Interior Designer

Amy is an artist by training, and interior designer by trade. She is also the owner of HOME, a brick and mortar and online home + lifestyle store in the same location as Stamm and Black. Amy brings a unique blend of artistry and design expertise to her role as an interior designer. With a deep knowledge of all the top vendors and suppliers in the industry, Amy excels at finding exactly what her clients want, and ensures that every design project is both distinctive and tailored to their needs.

Amy is known for her ability to create clean, sophisticated designs. Her happy, engaging personality makes the design process enjoyable. She combines her extensive industry knowledge with a genuine love for people and great design, and creates spaces that are both functional and beautiful.

Now, Jenna leverages her extensive experience to excel as an interior designer, creating visually stunning and functional environments.
